PROJECT SCOPE

Our typical live-event package allows for a 7-8 camera multi-cam shoot with the ability to switch an in room IMAG program and a stream program for external audience.  The approach includes the ability to handle video playback, lower-thirds and full multi-screen PowerPoint style content. This general scope is inclusive of load in, rehearsal show and strike labor, but does not include certain speaker aides such as prompter and confidence displays or travel costs and possible union requirements costs.

ASSUMPTIONS

  • Appropriate, matched and even three-point lighting covering all presentation areas. Appropriately sized displays for audience and Hi-Res switcher (BARCO E2, Spyder or Analog way) to route IMAG feed VIA 3G SDI to screens.

  • Isolated feeds of all in room microphones and playback for separate broadcast mix. 

  • Access to appropriate power (100AMP 3 Phase 208V).

  • Forklifts and venue appropriate labor for truck unload and loading.

  • Uninhibited access to a scissor-lift to heights necessary for robotic camera install; access to rated hang points.

  • Access to cable troughs for camera cable runs.
